Our Services
Pilates Vitality and Wellness, offers an array of Pilates services which provide challenging yet fun workouts. We know that fitness and overall wellness is not one-size-fits-all! Pilates Vitality and Wellness has become one of the leading Pilates studios in our area, specializing in creating personalized programs to meet the clients' individual needs. Whether you are in need of athletic conditioning or recovering from an injury/illness, we will work to create a regimen that is ideal for you. We will help you train for your race or pick up where your physical therapist left off.
Semi-Private
Semi-Private Pilates sessions, allow for a customized program - that is tailored for you and a friend or family member. These sessions are beneficial for clients who don't want a group setting but would love to workout with a partner at a split cost. Can be utilized for pre/post-natal exercise, sport specific training and general conditioning.
Semi-Private sessions are currently available on the reformer, mat and stability chair.

Reformer group classes challenges your strength and stability by adding spring resistance throughout movement.
Maximum of 6 persons per class.

Private Class
One on one Pilates sessions, allow for a customized program - which has been 100% tailored to fit your desired goals and needs. These sessions are beneficial for clients recovering from injury, with neurological conditions or can be utilized for pre/post-natal exercise, sport specific training and general conditioning.
Private sessions are currently available on the reformer and stability chair.
